Whats the least potent cutting compound?

I really want to add a cutting compound to my first cycle. I know everyone says test only but I wanna do it anyways. What would your recommendation be? T3? clen? anavar? I wanna try one with the least side effects and if possible not liver or kidney toxic.

[4reals] EC(A) is always nice. Isn't ephedrine at every convenience store in Canada?
 
T3 is catabolic, running it on your first cycle your only hinting the total amount of progress you would have made without it.

Not looking for an appetite suppressant though.....just something that wont make me look like a big water filled balloon on first cycle

he actually makes a very strong and valid point... running a cutting compound should come at the end.. not the beginning.. i have my clients use compounds like that when they stall and are just getting to the single digits...

its like pulling out your queen too early in chess.. weight loss works in layers like an onion.. you dont start using cutting compounds till you have gone through most of the layers..

a kick ass diet and training routine is all you need.. my 2 cents..

but hey, what do i know right?? i deal with pro level bodybuilders and their contest preps for a living :D
 
Most likely you are right but I really dont want to become a big bloated water blob after my first cycle of test e. How bad would running a test e and anavar cycle at a slight caloric surplus really be?

If you manage estrogen properly and watch your diet why would you become a bloated mess?

Because Ive seen guys run a test e cycle and eve though they claimed they managed things properly they still had water retention....not a lot but still some. I dont like that look. I want to gain muscle while still remaining hard and dry which is why Im considering adding anavar

Run Test only cycle, since it sounds like you don't have much experience running gear.

And yes, Test-E/C DO retain water, but you can easily control it by taking an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), and a good diet and proper training with a 500mg per week test cycle will get you whatever results you want, whether its to shred or get mass

Because Ive seen guys run a test e cycle and eve though they claimed they managed things properly they still had water retention....not a lot but still some. I dont like that look. I want to gain muscle while still remaining hard and dry which is why Im considering adding anavar

Claims are just that...claims. Until it's verified with blood work and preferably a sensitive E2 assay all it is is conjecture that E2 was managed properly. Any aromatizing compound will have water weight issues and you want to counter it with var? What about the other 6+wks after or before you run the var and still running test? Do those weeks not count?

I figured it would be better to look bloated for 6 weeks than 12. but if I manage things properly youre saying I should see no water retention at all? If thats the case why do people even stack var with test at all? Im not trying to be annoying or anything I just simply wanna know

No, seeing absolutely no water retention is unrealistic but even with Var you'll probably experience some. Var has more beneficial qualities than just driving some water out of muscle tissue.

So your recommendation would be to suck it up and just wait until the cycle is done so the water retention goes away?
 
Using var to get some water retention out would be a very expensive way of going about it.

Besides isn't it one of the most doped anabolic's?
