What's the next step to becoming a pro bodybuilder hgh?

Yeah I feel like I'm on track to go places in bodybuilding. My dad was a bodybuilder for 25 years and always did well. I would just like to go further then he did. Also I would like to add that I'm a personal trainer at my gym full-time. So the whole finding time in my day to lift is easy . I know how to prep food and eat it haha I just bought 40 lb of chicken Brest and I cook 10 pounds at once in the oven.

Bro, don't buy hgh yet. Your gh is still really high. Take advantage of it while you can. I'm telling you set some aside in an account ONLY for your food, then spend the rest on gear and some diet coaching. I don't doubt that you're knowledgeable in nutrition, but I was a medical teacher, I'm a trainer, I have worked with pros, and I still learn new shit all the time. There is no such thing as knowing too much about nutrition. If you're serious then you need to be as smart as you can about this. It's my goal too and it's not enough to have great genetics,a great work ethic, great gear, and a good diet...not anymore. This is immersed in several sciences that continue to evolve as they learn more about the human body. You need to constantly educate yourself in all areas and be able to identify if it's time to test new, or even old theories. It's a very hard game and I am very genetically gifted. It takes so much more these days. Good luck brother. I honestly hope to be standing next to you in the Olympia stage one day.

Thanks for your .02 I know I'm always online, reading books and magazines about nutrition and different types of workouts. What would you guys recommend for my next cycle after my show with my clean bulk. Test 750 and deca 600? I feel like I got really good gains off test 500 tren 400 and only side I got was being extremely itchy somtimes. Or just high test 1.25 grams

Try the cycle I suggested earlier in this thread. I know a lot of people think var is a waste, but trust me, it's great to finish a cycle with and you can run it at high doses for 8 to 10 weeks. Orals are great in their place and used correctly.

Well, same thing, and actually that way it'll be easier to keep that var look. You could even continue it into your cruise. I cruise with var to bridge my blasts.

6' 240 is not big at all in terms of bodybuilders

Arnold was 6'2 and 250 at his biggest not even 6'0, so is he a swimmer or a runaway model?
The dude does have a big guns by the pic that he posted but i still dont believe they're 21".
Anyway not here to argue, just trying to make a point.

If ur not here to argue, then don't... but compared to bodybuilders of today's age Arnold would be closer to a swimmer or runway model (even though I have the highest respect for "the Oak")

And by the way, Arnold is 6'1, and never reached 250lbs in competition ;)

He remains the one and only Mr. Olympia to be 6' or more, and I doubt it'll happen again

Stop "cycling" and start to blast and cruise would be #1.

^^best advice. You've done multiple cycles, and you say you've been off as long as you have been on. How long were your cycles? You say you are on your 5th cycle, and you are only 20.

I would recommend blast and cruise and adding compounds. The difference in the levels of bodybuilding are NPC, guys that compete frequently in the NPC, national level competitors, and then pros. Every time you move up the ladder...you will be adding gear. To be a national competitor you will need test, tren, eq, and gh. Those separate you from the pack.

You need to give us a accurate body fat percentage to for us to tell what shape you are in. Or a front double bicep pose or some pictures showing your physique. It is hard to give some one advice without knowing their body fat.

First off I am going to be blunt with you. 20 years old is a young age to cycle at and you are risking going on Testosterone replacement therapy for the rest of your life. Or significantly lowering your natural production forever. If you decide to try to go pro you can guarantee you will end up on TRT their is a 80 percent chance you will probably higher.

The steps to going pro is learning about nutrition and what type of diet you need to do different types of transformations to your body. Their is of course the dirty bulk, The clean bulk, cutting diets, No carb diets and many other theories and ways of manipulating your body through nutrition that is one of the most important things is to become educated about diets. And I am not talking about just knowing different diets you have to become a guru basically.

As for the drug part the next step up is dangerous and can have irreversible side effects. The pro's you see on stage are using any where in between 4 to 8 grams a week. Some might use less but a lot of them fall in that category. They are also using insulin and large amounts of HGH and IGF-1 and different research chemicals like peptides. And of course a lot of them use synthol to get lagging body parts to look better.

Trying to go pro is one of those decisions that will haunt you for the rest of your life if you are not happy with it. Most pro's do not make good money. Only the top ten in the world really make good money. And still they struggle to pay bills and most the money is just going back into their physique and living expenses. Very few pro's make good money maybe 10 of them do like I said.

The reason I say trying to go pro can haunt you for life is because you can easily go on testosterone replacement therapy from trying to do it. Or get negative life long side effects from HGH and insulin. Their are some safer protocals for using HGH and insulin but to be 100% honest at the end of the day your still taking a chance with your health no longer how safe you convince your self it is.

I personally think you should wait a few years before trying to go pro. Your body is still developing and so is your mind and attitude towards life. When I was 20 I thought a lot different than I think now. It is a dramatic change year from year mentally you go through from the ages 14 to 25 your brain is still developing and so are your goals in life. I am just telling you that you do not want to make a decision that is a permanent one. With bodybuilding in a matter of 3 to 6 months you can alter your life forever. Especially with high dosages of different compounds trying to go pro.

It might sound like a amazing idea to try to go pro at the age of 20 but I know many people who have tried and when reality hits them about the health side effects of the sport and their not being any money involved they come to their senses and say fuck this. But still most of them end up on TRT from even trying to compete at a high level.

The answer to your question realistically in what the next step to going pro is would be acquiring more knowledge about HGH cycles, steroid cycles, insulin and what pro's life's are like. While also learning more about training and nutrition. I am not going to advise anybody to jump on hgh and insulin and high dosages of steroids to go pro. Also most bodybuilders really start hitting the dosages hard around 23 you should give your body more time to grow and develop. Going all out on dosages at a young age can fuck up your future potential in bodybuilding. Just look up trey brewer the old Bsn athlete. He got up to 300 pounds at 23 years old and just fucking ruined his physique to much drugs and to much food. My advice to you is wait a few years before you make any life altering decisions and really think to your self about the reality of the health issues and financial issues of bodybuilding.

Thank you Mad Scientist for taking your time and answering this man question in so much detail hahah seriously , that's why this board is so helpful and people can actually learn something . *thumbs up

What's up guys I'm going to give you my stats first I currently weigh about 237lbs at 5'11" at 20 years old

I read all the pros never come off

I always run clomid after for pct So my question is should I go with hgh next or keep uping my dose of anabolic steroids thanks

I'm sure they stay on all year round. They simply dont have time to do PCT and let their levels get back to normal as they would lose some size.

You should be blasting a cruising and adding in growth hormone for sure. I would start at 5iu a day and bump it after a year maybe. I would add the gh and slowly keep upping anabolics...once you get into the 3-5g range though, anabolics max out at which point you can lower them and compensate with hgh. Once you feel like progress has significantly slowed on blasts of ~3g and decent doses of gh, I would start adding some insulin protocols but that is a long way off.

A friend of mine competed at USAs over the summer. He ended his offseason at 298lbs and 5'10-5'11. His offseason is...

HGH 5iu a day
cjc with dac .5-1mg twice weekly
2g test
600mg EQ
400mg Tren E
alternating 4 weeks dbol and 4 weeks anadrol
