Si I just got a call from the doc and my test level was above 1500 I guess that's where the machine cut off. Also my estrogen was 140 he said they aim for around 40 so time to start my arimadex. If I take two 375mg pins of test a week what's your opinion on how much arimadex to take?

You need to check estradiol, not estrogen. Retest and see where you are at.

What AI dose is your doctor recommending? Does he know you are taking more test than you were prescribed?

Halfwit do you know what problem causes cleaving of an ester?

Your body requires an enzyme called esterase that helps facilitate the chain reaction that removes the ester (essentially a modified hydroxy molecule) from the testosterone chain. This is what allows your body to recognize what it is, so it can metabolize the hormone.

People that lack the esterase essentially are unable to help their bodies recognize the hormone, and end up urinating it out. It's pretty uncommon though and given your update, is unlikely.

You just had bunk gear.

The ester is the oil the testosterone is bound to... E.g testosterone enanthate, test acetate, test prop... The ester determines the half life and how quickly the ester can be cleaved (removed) to free the testosterone molecule.. In very rare cases some people have trouble removing an ester.

Yes he knows the advice he gave me was take .5 Mg for every 200mg of test the day after. Only problem is I'm getting low on arimadex and he doesn't want to prescribe anything to me anymore. Basically I got cut off. Any advice on arimadex dosage would be appreciated.

Everyone is different, you need blood work to see how you respond to each dose. Usually, many on TRT split 200mg into two 100mg injections spaced E3.5D apart and opt for 0.25mg of adex either the day of or shortly after each pin.

It's just hard to give a "universal" recommendation as it greatly depends on genetic factors, body fat, and how you react to androgens.
