I stay between 500 to 700 calories in deficit. I used to deplete calories much more, but that was before I educated myself. While you might get quicker results, malnutrition is just unhealthy.
well, TDEE of 2200 would be with respect to stats and activity. So 1400 calls might be just fine for some.I second that ,
But the problem gets really big if u carb cycle with a tdee like 2200
In some low days u could reach to 1400-1500 cals..
Sux..

Not true. You would replace fats with carbs and vice versa. There should only be a slight reduction on your lower days where you lower calories due to inactivity. On a proper Carb cycle your caloric intake stays the same as you manipulate carbs and fats
I don't get it. What does this reply have to do with my post?
Can you explain "spill over?"The real problem at 2200 calories is having enough room in those calories to take your carbs high enough to cause a spill over. With my opinion of proper macros it's tough to get 300g carbs in at 2200 calories.
