Whats your lowest daily calorie total when cutting on gear?

This number is going to fluctuate from person to person. Things such as weight, lean body mass and TDEE are going to be important factors in caloric intake.

I stay between 500 to 700 calories in deficit. I used to deplete calories much more, but that was before I educated myself. While you might get quicker results, malnutrition is just unhealthy.

I second that ,
But the problem gets really big if u carb cycle with a tdee like 2200
In some low days u could reach to 1400-1500 cals..
Sux..

well, TDEE of 2200 would be with respect to stats and activity. So 1400 calls might be just fine for some.

Not true. You would replace fats with carbs and vice versa. There should only be a slight reduction on your lower days where you lower calories due to inactivity. On a proper Carb cycle your caloric intake stays the same as you manipulate carbs and fats

The real problem at 2200 calories is having enough room in those calories to take your carbs high enough to cause a spill over. With my opinion of proper macros it's tough to get 300g carbs in at 2200 calories.

I don't get it. What does this reply have to do with my post?

Brother, I guess 3j means in carb cycling u don't lower ur calorie intake .. U just cut carbs and replace them with fats (the number of calories)
Well, 3j , I saw some other carb cycle by cutting the carbs completely and maintaining fats and proteins at the same number, on the low days , so u carb cycle and calorie cycle at the same time, May be austinite was referring to this school.

I was referencing malnutrition of micronutrients in a 500 deficit. It does not matter what your TDEE is, you can stave off malnutrition at any TDEE with a 500 deficit.

Yes I understand..
He said (not true) and I guess I was meant in that not you.. Looks like he doesn't like the approach of cutting carbs and not increasing the fats.. Let's see what he says about it.

Can you explain "spill over?"
Also, I can't wrap my head around how I could be getting leaner on a higher calorie (than maintenance) carb cycle diet?
