I've been researching and I've been wanting to do a cycle for quite some time now. I'm thinking about doing a 10-12 week cycle (cutting). I've been preparing in small ways just tweeking the diet and working on my consistency in the with workouts and cardio. My only problem is I'm a firefighter that works a 24 hour shift with 48 hours off. I don't get to workout during my days at work but we usually stay pretty busy.. So I'm just not laying on my back in a recliner all day. So basically I'll have 2 days in the gym than 1 off
Stats:
6'0
232 pounds - 18-20% body fat I would estimate.
275/405/305 bench/deadlift/squat
Test-E 500mg a week - 250 on Monday/Thursday
AI - .25 or .50 daily
PCT - 4 weeks
Novla 20/20/10/10
Clomid 50/50/25/25
I was also thinking about throwing in an oral winny the last 5-6 weeks of the cycle.
Thoughts/advice/creative criticism greatly appreciated.
