you should have post cycle therapy (pct) before you stert cycle ALWAYS. not on the way or will get soon IN YOUR HAND, before you start.

what he means?? he means you need clomid"or" NOLVADEX for post cycle therapy (pct) the other one you named is an ANTI-estrogen wich is good DURING cycle but post cycle therapy (pct) is ct. i think nolvadex only post cycle therapy (pct) is better. week1 40mged, week2 30mg ed, week3-4,20mg ed. (start post cycle therapy (pct) 1-2 weeks after last shot on long esters.

Sorry guys the crash course I got in gear when I first started was not good. I read the newbie thread already too. But here I am and I need your guys help!

So today I felt some tenderness in my pecs! This is only my second cycle is this normal to be feeling the tenderness? It is not on the nipple it is mid lower chest region close to nipple but not on it. Do I need to start anti-estrogen in your guys opinion? If so which one? Please guys help!
