When someone on TRT blasts and does a cycle, do they feel it sooner?

Usually the consensus is that you will feel the effects of a test enth cycle between weeks 4-6.
Is this still the same if someone is on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and starts a cycle(blasts)?

or do they feel it sooner since their body is shut down and used to test?

Either way, why?
(seeing as the half life of test enth is 10.5 days)

TRT forum is doctor prescribed doses and not more. Try on the anabolic steriod part of the forum. Some of those guys over there have experience in blasting.
