When to weigh food before or after

I am trying to figure out whats your take on weighing food before or after cooking. Meat is my main concern right now. I have been weighing before i cook because i wouldnt think the water loose would cause any nutrition lose in food but then again i could be wrong. Whats the verdict around here. Thanks guys.
 
I've always weighed it raw. I don't think it's going to make a huge difference as long as your consistent.
 
well, which nutrition calculations are you using raw or cooked??? raw is more reliable..
 
Iv been going raw but I had someone question it so I figured I'd double check to be certain. I've always done raw.
