When you shoot....?

what time of the day do u guys shoot....

is it before or after training, I am guessing before as muscles hardens post workout

Some have trouble sleeping if they do it too early in the day/evening. A good workout and/or hot shower/massage helps lessen the soreness after injecting I find.
