So When I run which isn't all the time. I get knee pain through my run, which I stop to walk then start again. It's sometimes a sore sometimes a tight pain, but doesn't happen all the time. It's really annoying to stop when it happen's.. by the way it's both knee's. And I do stretch before I run. Anyone have this happen and have any ideas??? Thank you

If I were you I would do an MRI to both knees to check the tendons and the knee joint.
You can take OsteoBi-Flex to help the joints.
You also must be aware of the surface you're running on and the shoes must be designed to run on that surface.

I've had this happen before when I was logging some serious miles while training for a military school. I would go to the ortho ASAP just to check things out. It is more than likely a combo of your shoes and bad form when running. While your at the ortho get him to recommend an insert and shoe for your feet and then go to a running store(ie Fit 2 Run)and get a gait analysis and get fitted for shoes. Just my .02

If you're heavy, lose weight as running can put ons of pressure on your joints. If knee pain does not go away, maybe you're not built for running. Switch to elliptical for cardio. Also seek out some physical therapy. I once had some knee pain and got it treated. Feel fine now.
