Where do back pumps occur, lower or upper back?

Hi, I just started my second cycle of Test C & Var. The first cycle I had painful shin pumps when I ran. So much so it hampered my cardio. This time I'm three days into my second cycle and I think I have back pumps. For some reason I always thought they occurred in your lower back. But mine are in my upper back. Not my lats, but in between my shoulder blades. Freaking killing me. Anyone else ever experience pumps in the upper back?

Yup...but only with dbol.

It happens and it s normal and you need to realize that s part of the game bro.

Supplementing with taurine will help.

You get an A for the course :)

OP: as Joliver pointed out, taurine will help greatly. Start dosing it anywhere from 3-10g daily pre workout mainly but intra and post workout could help as well. I was doing 5g pre workout and 2-3G post workout

Upper back, lower back, shins, calves, abdominals - yeah, they can really ruin your day (or night when you're trying to sleep). Taurine ftw!

I was actually going to give you credit for my newfound knowledge, but then I thought: "What are the chances that I will get caught taking credit for this? How often do I get to play guru? I feel like maverick when he killed jester below the hard-deck...:bootyshak
