Where my Cals should come from...

This is one of my first posts so please be kind if i mess up in any way, however i was really trying to pinpoint where my diet is lacking so i decided to use an online calories calc. Now im looking at where my cal's are coming from as far as protein, fat etc...what are the proper percentages for each? i've searched for some info on the site but cant seem to find it....thanks guys. . .
 
I am 20 years old. Im 5 11 and weigh about 225. I havnt taken my bodyfat % since last summer, however im guessing its prolly around 15 percent, though all in the stomach. I have been training since i was 13, seriously training since about 16. For the past few months ive been training mostly for strengh and maybe for the last 6 weeks ive changed my routine and im lifting to cut up. Also, the last time I tested my bf i was single digits in my quads, tri's and chest, the stomach was what killed it.

Chest- 44 inches
Quads- 26 inches
Stomach-38 inches at the navel :noway:
