What's up guys . . . .
I'm a newbie here but doin' my best to learnwhat I can and it looks like there some bro's here who know their stuff.
I've been training for 3 years now and have a much better understanding of my diet but if I'm lookin to run a cycle how do I decide what to go with? Is it based on what I want MY goals to be and then based on that I can go forward.
I been thinking run cycles of test or hgh but where do I begin?
