i incorporate 2 mass gainer shakes per day in my diet.....i use Optimum Nutrition's Pro Complex Gainer, i mix it with skim milk,2 scoops of the pro complex gainer and 1 cup of oatmeal.I take it after my post workout meal,later in the afternoon and also again 2 hours after my supper....its the best gainer ive used,i just like its profile better,more of the calories comes from the proteins,rather than the carbs,thats why i add the oatmeal to mine,plus it doesnt have but 6g of sugar,and thats a plus for me,i like it better than any other gainer out there,it fits my program better

I prefer MHP Up Your Mass. 510 calories, 46g protein, 11g of fat (all EFA's and MCT's), 58g carbs (barley, oats and oat fiber), 1g of sugar and 12g of fiber to keep ya pooping!
it mixes easy,it doesnt have alot of calories for a gainer,only 650,but its healthier,most of the calories comes from the protein soources,and the carb sources arent junk,and less sugar and fatThat's what I bought. I only chug it down when I'm at work and need to get my quick calories out of the way.
Tastes awesome but it is a HUGEEE scoop so make SURE you have a big ol' protein shaker.
I drink it in like 1 minute due to it tasting good and easy to get down and I am very girly about my protein shakes. Hate nasty shit or clumpy shit.
Been using Whey Protein shakes for the past few months. However, I've been told that Mass Gain drinks are more effective.

indeed it isYeah 650 calories...but I always mix that good stuff with like 1-2 cups of milk so thats 90-180 extra calories.
So the total is always around 740-830 calories in one drink. Good stuff
