I think you need to train your arse off for at least 5 years, no your body inside out, through training and diet. Buy urself as much literature on the subject as you can. research as many websites as you can. Then you will be able to make that decision for yourself. Counterfeits, you need to be able to answer that question yourself again through research otherwise you may as well just give your money to charity
