Which cycle would be best for me?

Hi All,

Age: 24
Height: 6ft 3
Weight: 182 lbs
bf 12% (see attached pics)
Previous cycle: prochem 50mg anavar tablets - half morning and half lunchtime as they were 50mg doses / 12 weeks.I was happy with the results and alot of people said wow you have just exploded.

I have holiday a holiday 28th august and want to be looking super cut on it with a benefit of slight mass. i dont want to be massive as of yet, Is this the best cycle to go below or any other suggestions welcome?

From my first injectable cycle i am thinking 12 weeks
test e 250mg EW
prochem anavar 75mg ED (Oral)
When should i start AI?

PCT
clomid 50mg ed for 4 weeks
Nolva 40mg ed for 2 weeks, 20mg ed for the last 2.

My training and diet is spot on i have not been eating the cleanest recently but wanted a bit of bulk before this.

When should i start as my holiday is 17 and a half weeks away

Sorry if i have missed anything your suggestions and constructive crisitsm be much appreciated.

First, welcome to ology!

Second, given your height (which is the same as mine) and looking at your pics, you have plenty of room for growth (or cutting BF/adding muscle for the lean look) naturally before you should even consider AAS.

Third, 250mg a week of test is not enough. RESEARCH brotha! And then research again, because on here, thats what its all about! Stick around and read as many sticky's as you can and keep asking questions.
 
thanks for the replies. i have been trainign for 3 years relogiously. i have hut my brick wall training natrually and cant seem to get passed it no matter what i try, apart from changing to 500mg every week does the rest look ok?? should i bring the Anavar (var) in at week 4 like most people suggest? i try to do research but everyone seems to be contradicting each other.

spend ur $ on food!!!!! u have got LOTS of room to grow from the looks of ur pics! wait a couple of years for aas, in thw meantime get yourself a solid diet, food is what makes u grow, hit 3j up, spend ur $ there and be amazed!!

lol bro you dont know how to count kcals, dont take it offense. Go to mygovplate.com and type in what u eat and that will tell you the kcal's, because your not eatting 900kcals with 5 egg whites, with a banana and oats. I have 9 egg white ed, with half a cup of oats and thats around 288-320 kcals.. with that banana that would add another 80ckcals, and your still off by alot. More schooling needed.
 
3j is the ology resident nutrition guru!!ur diet doesnt look horrible, but my 130lb wife eats that much!! too many shakes, replace with lean protien (chicken, fish, etc). why only egg whites, ur definitly not overweight.....eat the whole egg!!!! if u were to tally up the calories i bet u would be suprised how low the total is! get on fitday.com and plug in ur stats to help figure out your maintenance cals and go from there, u have got to know what your maintenance is so you know whether you are eating surplus or deficit. on fitday you can put all your food in for the day and it will tally your daily totals or get with 3j and for a fee he will do all thst for you. you have to know that AAS is not a miracle substance, you still have to eat for your goals, train properly, and rest properly!!!
