im 6'1" 210lbs 15% ive been training off and on for about 4 years im looking to add as much lean mass without too much fat, i will be continuing my cardio of 3-4x a week 20-30 min, but i cant make up my mind for a first cycle:
test enath. 400mg/wk 1-10
or

equipoise 400mg wks 1-10
ive been told to stick with a test only for a first but i really wanna keep the gains lean and lose say 2-3% bf, i understand that it will depend on my diet and cardio regime, which i have both in check at this time, please enlighten the situation im stuck in, thanks
