Estrogen, total or sensitivity test? I got my results back last week and the only test performed was Estrogen, Total - 75pg/ml. Range - 40-115. All the tests I come across are the sensitivity test.
Which estrogen test?

Yes, I'm currently taking 100mg every 10 days. I got my results last week. I was over 1000 4 days after my last injection. My doc is a family practitioner so she is pretty open minded. At my last visit I simply ask if she could check my estrogen levels. I was given a total estrogen test. If I would have done my homework I would have ask for the sensitive test.
Instead of calling and setting up another appointment with my doc I just order the test online. I went with personalabs. Total cost came out to 58.90.

I would also ask her for every 5 day injections...10 days it quite long. Are you taking HCG? How old are you?

I can do every 5 days being that I give myself the injection. I have not experienced the roller coaster ride people talk about. If my e2 test comes back high I will give will do the every 5 day protocol. I will then get retested (E2) in 6-8weeks. If at that time it's still high I will get on some dex or stane.
Regarding the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), nope..
