Which shipping company does Maximus use to ship protocals?

Just go to USPS and UPS and enter the number in.

If those don't bring up anything go to FedEx's site.
 
If you just received the number, it may not have been scanned into the UPS or Fedex system yet.
 
At least you got a shipping number... They processed my refill payment last week on Mon-Tuesday and I still haven't gotten a shipping number despite numerous emails. The response I get is that they don't have one yet but "For sure" it'll be here this week. Well it's Thursday, still no shipping number... Since we have to sign for these packages, a shipping number would really help us to plan be home that day.

Sorry, just a bit upset since the exact same thing happened when I first ordered as well.
 
They sent it 2 day ups. Anthony James That's what I am worried about. Not getting my meds on time exspecially running test prop with the short half life. I payed last Thursday n got shipping last night n it's here in Houston today.
 
Chip always suggests that you process your refill 2 weeks before running out. That way it gets to you in time no problem. The shipping issues are a Pharmacy related thing, not a Maximus related thing. If you have questions, you should have no problem speaking with the pharmacy for updates.
 
I would love to speak with the pharmacy but have no point of contact to get a hold of them. As far as trying to place the order, I tried to three weeks ago and it took a week + having to contact 3j to even get the ball rolling on that.
 
And this is after trying for a week before I attempted to place said order (so about 4 weeks ago) to ask Chip/Maximus a question about whether I would be a good candidate for cytomel (I'm borderline hypothyroid). After spending a week not getting a response to my questions I did my own research and just decided to order.

That led to the week trying to place the order.

Finally placed the order last Monday, and as of today I still have no word on shipping beyond a "For sure" response to asking if it would be here this week.

ut o! from this prospective things are looking bad for Maximus right now. As a client I am getting a little worried. They need to get some representation on this board and quick. Unless they dont care anymore and have bigger fish to fry.

Yea something is not clicking with the situation...Maybe we are all just scared of losing a great connection, so we over react...But trying to get an RXed filled for existing clients should not be so...Just getting 'nervous' here, all the respect to maximus. Has anyone had a refill in the last week or so and had received it..?
 
oh wow, I guess I just got lucky then.

I emailed Chip on Feb 13th saying I was ready for my refill.

I received my package on Feb 22nd.

Wish I could be more help guys!
 
i didnt even recieve a tracking number last time but i came within a few days so no complaints. its always been thru fedex and signature is required.
 
Yea the communication sucks right now. Ive been trying to get a price list for a few weeks. He'll answer my email an say we will get u squared a way but nothing. Anyone have a recent list who can send it to me. Houstonretrobobbers@yahoo.com
 
I didn't receive a tracking number on my first order and actually had to call the doc (Dr. M) and HE had to call Maximus and even then the limited info came from the mysterious "Steve". At this point I'm assuming "Steve" is the one answering chip's email account, but it's hard to tell because I'll get replies back from Chip's Maximus account as well as from "Chip" from info@hrtondemand.com which is a domain owner by Chip.
