Which training method?

Would low reps,high weight and low rest be the best way to train if i wanted to maintain my weight,lose bodyfat and increase vascularity.Or could you suggest any better way to train for me to achieve my goals.Any help appreciated.

While cutting, you want to use heavier weights to better spare lean mass. Unless you are on drugs, you ARE going to lose lean mass, there is no way around it... but using heavier weights will help you retain as much of it as possible. Oh, and don't train on an empty stomach like you suggested in another thread, unless you want to be catabolic. That won't help you maintain your lean mass while dropping fat.
 
train te same whether you are dieting or cutting..obviously if you are trying t drop weight you will not be able to be as aggressive in adding lbs to your lifts
 
thanks just needed to know that cause i wasnt sure.As for the empty stomach sugestion, it was something i read in a book, it had quite a bit of detail about it.Thought it made sense in a way,but obviously not.Anyway thats what im here for, to learn!Thanks
