Who has run a gram of Test or Over?

1200mg. in fact the labs was overdosed. i never plan to take that mush. So the sides were stress ( positiv stress) a lil to agressif, the sex drive was freakin up, and a lil more watter.

for the rest, i have to says than 800 or 1200 i didn't see a change. ( unless on the blood-test) but all was acceptable.

Ho yes i was forgetting; the BP was to high... that's uncompfortable...
 
I have done the same as Kane(1200mg) and that wasn't counting the eq/d-bol/anavar in that cycle. The sides weren't so bad...it was that I really didn't see much difference in running 750mg ew of test , so I will never run that much again.

i agree with both you guys , the sides go up faster than the gains over 750 mg or so.
 
Done a gram of Omnadren in one cycle and a gram of Sustanon (sust) in another. Got a lot of water retention from them but put on a lot of size and increased all my PR's a good amount. Also had some high blood pressure. I think 30lbs or more each cycle is what I gained. They were a few years apart so no I didn't gain over 60lbs from both of them. After doing that when I was younger I went back down to 600mg of a long ester and found I grow just as well on that.To me the sides get worse the higher you go up and it isn't worth it to me. Haven't cycled anything since 06 due to having to take a year off from lifting but my next cycle is gonna be 500mg of cyp for 15 weeks. I'll let you guys know how it goes.
 
I have never done a gram a week before and don't really plan to since I won't ever be a competitive bb'er. I've taken up to 800mg weekly before, but that was too much. I've found 600mg to be about as high as my comfort level goes. Going above that makes me too irritable.
 
i found 4 amp os omnadren250=1000mg was the best cycle i did this winter and i acully got LESS acnes then when i ran 500mg of cyp the years before.
i think for me 750-1000mg ew is nice for 12wks but lower it to 500mg the last 10wks "i like longs cycles and am on hrt"
sides whernt any diff then 500mg for me no extra bloat. sex drive was higher.
i was using an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) "letro" thow so that kept sides away.
 
i find that i have reached a poiint where any cycle with less than a gram of test a week does not work for me... im not saying this is a positive thing... but i know for a fact some ppl who compete and they do multiple grams of test a week "again im not saying its the right thing to do"....

I'm in the same boat bro. I wouldn't consider using test under 750mg pw. But it is relative to how long you have been using and how many cycles you have under your belt. I started at 250mg of sus pw and it worked amazingly well (i wish it was still the case). I don't get very bad sides from aas in general, and haven't noticed an increase in sides with the higher doses.

I have been looking at doing a year long test cycle and i would prob cruise at 500mg the whole way if that was the case.

You need to find what works for you i guess.

So when you guys that said you ran a gram or a little over was that the only compound or did you stack it with something? From what im gathering sticking around 750mg's is what everyone likes and it's pointless to hit a gram? Just asking because a close friend who has run multiple stacks said nothing was like just running test enanthate only1 gram a week for 10 weeks. He said his strength and libido was threw the roof. I quess it still goes back to the fact, what works for one might not work for another.
 
Im a big advocate on using as litle as possible and have never run a gram of anything, the most is 500teste and 400deca, yet i have been to 270 many times with low bodyfat(10-11%).

Dont want to flame anybody here but most guys are using crazy amounts to gain because 1. They dont eat enough protein. 2. They dont know how to train. I think the biggest thing to make steroids work 100% is to learn how to gain naturally, because that shows us the best way what actually works because theres very litle room for error. AAS is not a shortcut. When i was 18 i did my first cycle and second when 19, and then met some great guys who helped me and started competing and training PL naturally for two years, funny thing is i gained more the 2years i was natty because i knew what i was doing.

Im not saying nobody should use a gram a week, what im saying is if you do just make sure you actually use every mg of it, by learning what truely works first.

Just my .2cents

Couldn't agree more man. Ive taken like 6 or 7 cycles lost count and my test dose has never been over 600mgs. I will say this though gaining isn't as easy as it used to be.

I agree with you 100%, everybody should know how to train and gain naturally, and exhaust all efforts before using aas. Using aas is NOT a shortcut and there is no replacement for time and effort. Mature, dense, hard muscle will always look better. I first used aas at 24.

Having said all of that, i think the experienced user needs to find what works for them, each human is individual and unique.

Im just sick of hearing stuff that theres nothing wrong with my diet and training style i just have bad genetics, and this go`s for nattys just as much. More gear is rarely tha case and i think you can always improve your diet and training, thats why i love westside and DC style training because both of them evolve all the time and theres sooo much free info on both coming out all the time. Never stop learning.

But hey it would suck if everybody was big wouldnt it;)
