Useless. In my opinion the only muscle building supplement out there that will ever give results is creatine.
 
you guys still have not tried the Gplenish=Creatine=ALA stack have you?

not trying to hype it but seriuosly look into it, you may be surprised

ALA is really under-rated.. its a great supplement and works even better with creatine.. I dont know much about this stack but it sounds like it would work great!
 
Posting supplement ads with outdated references means nothing. Glutamine and any variation of a peptide are useless. Its simply converted to glucose via gluconeogensis in the body, pretty expensive glucose if you ask me. See the supplement forum for a myriad references to back this up, and mine are from various journals, not a supplement peddling website.

yeah , it hard to recommend something like that stack in my postion, for the obviuosbias I have,

but bias asdie I really believe in it.....

really I am trying to encourage the best non hormonal stack available........

sugar/carb cravings

sugar/carb craving and now they say even for booze cravings..I have read and also tried about 1500 -2000 mg {glutamine} an hour before meals, and I have to say it worked on my cravings for carbs/sugars.

anyone find another supp for these cravings?

bought it twice but i consider it a waste of money. Doesn't work for booze cravings.

It does for me, I take about 3000 mg 3 times a day...Seems like Dr Akins thought so too..
