I did just under 2 hours. It's nice having the whole place to myself.

Now I'm gonna eat a few days worth of calories.

I wish I was well enough, I would surly go work ! And Knowing it would be empty. Back when I had my gym I let s few select guys have keys. Some of my guys would go in early before dawn so they would go in. I had a few guys that when they were in during the normal hours and I needed to run some errands they would cover for me. It was really a nice.

The gym I train at is 24/7 I have a swipe card to get in. I did shoulders.

I took a couple weeks off up till about ten days ago and I must of been overtraining. I'm stronger now and my intensity is way up.
