whole body training in one day?

would it be a good way to build muscle if u pick one exercise per body part and train ur whole body in one day 3 or 4 times a week whith high intensity? and i mean doing a different exercise on each given day... do u think its a good way for muscle growth?
 
Sure! Like any other routine, if your diet is on and fits your goal and your form and intensity are there, it would be an excellent change of pace for those who use the standard split.. and changing things up tends to spark new growth..IMHO
As an athlete I've often used full body routines just for conditioning purposes and still end up coming out with less fat and more LBM.
 
i have been considering it for more frequency on each part weekly, also to boost intensity.... any other inputs?
 
Leave the Body for Life program for the chics bro. Go Heavy! Now im convinced thats not you in your Avi, lol. Just busting your balls Parabolan. Actually about 7 yrs. back when I started training much more serious I will be the first to admit I tried Bill Phillips Total Body Workout. The routine is what your asking about its one exercise per bodypart all in one day 3x a week. It did help me lose BF% big-time but kept me skinny and weak. What are your goals?
