Why does my mirror lie to me??

I don't care WHAT mirror I look into, I see something different than what is on film...

I look MUCH more muscular, more tan, and younger - less wrinkles when I look in the mirror.

If I want to get an accurate idea of what I look like I always have to take a pic. Anybody else notice this?

the mirror is more accurate. our eyes are better at picking up smaller details than a camera is.
