ok i usually go to sleep around 200 pounds, and when i wake up im around 195-196 consistently. How is my weight dropping when im sleeping? I dont get it

Your body is converting food to energy and you lose the weight of the food transfered over.

Could also be to you using the bathroom before weighing yourself if you do that in the morning.

nope, i weigh myself right before bed. and right when i get up in the morning. without eating drinking or going to the bathroom.
it seems weird how it can do that.

you also loose a lot of fluid during the night breathing through your mouth . you make saliva and it evaporates then you make more etc . , over 8-9 hours you will lose more than you think

a gallon of water is approx 8-9lbs so you can loose that amount in hours if your not taking in fluids. I use to have to make weight for the crew team and I never drank water or more then a few sips the day before the race just to make the 160lb cut off from light weights. Normally I was 163bs to 166lbs on most other days.
