Why dont the retired pros tell us there cycles they used?

Honestly, I would bet he cruised on that amount of test and deca. He did mention in the article he used diuretics and insulin as well. What he didn't mention was his contest stack. I am sure that it is far larger. Same article had bits from Flex Wheeler. He didn't mention his exact cycle, but he admitted that he used way too much of everything, and nearly died because of it.

I rtyped in biggest bodybuilder of all time.. And saw a link that led me to bodybuilders who went to far.. Jesus.. Haha allnu see is.murders, n organ failures n severe dehydrations from durietics!!.. Personally i believe the roid rage is myth its mind of.matter.. Unless ur weak minded and then have mental issues to begin with.. But dying from.not enough water intske.or starvation while.on aas caused alot of damage to some bodybuuilders.. Ill be honest i run atleast a minimum of 2g aas each cycle.. I blast sometimes at 2g of test.. Ive been on since the spring.. Wont get off til next fall!!!!.. n it gets frustrating and annoying to a certain extent.. Pinning.. Then pinning.. Then pinning!! It sux
 
Do you get frequent bloods done?

Ehh i get bloods every 6months if im.lucky.. Listen im the type who listens to my body n its reaction rsther then stress.. My bloods always came in normal... Nthn insane like drathy.. But enough to sccomidate what im running n validate that im on shit haha but thats no a concern.. If all of a sudden i feel.ill.. Or look ill then yes ill rush n get my shit check.. Its all about being.smart.. But u cant stress urself bcz once u add stress then thats what caus issues.. Bcz now ur adding more to ur heart when.u add sunneccassary stress from.panic or worrying.. Im a former marine.. I never get worried or stressed with nhtn.. Im.looking for a pro card within this year or next year.. Ill take high measures to get it.. And succeed.. If i see bodily damage being.done ill ease off a few months then carry on.to do.it again..
 
It's a pretty widely held belief that Bostin is going to burn himself out very quickly using the dosages that he claims.

The doses he uses are the doses all pros use. And most started at his age or younger. There are some that burn out but it isn't because of their doses

Bostin.is.completely.jsckin up his body.. The kid look phenominal now.. N dnt get me wrong.. I do run insane cycles like that.. But he does it to the point where he cant breathe or what ever.. With his 5ccs in each bicep n 5 in tris.. 2x a week n his 4 cc traps.. N calvs.. Along with heavy aas.. N shitty eating.he does.. I talk to.that fool now.. Just to get a perspective of who ill compete against.. N what i can accomplish.. Short term he will beat alot.of.bodybuilders long term he will be irrelevent.. Bcz hes hitting everything.now.. That he will not have further gains each year to bring to.the stage!!.. His future health wise looks brim n dull as well!.. He seems nice to me even tho ive bashed him in.convo.. Thats that cali vs ny mentality.. N i do.plan.on.going.to cali next year to compete.. N vacation.. But yeah alot.of.these pros do.alot.. N tske.it.to.new levels..

Honestly what I truly think the best way to go about going pro and making a pro cycle. Is pure experimentation with different substances and different amounts of them. I think that Testosterone, deca , dbol, and anadrol and tren are your biggest mass gainers. I think that it really comes down to though eating clean and putting on quality size over a few years. Realistically the dosage should be in my opinion as much as you can handle and still control the negative health side effects associated with the drugs if you are trying to go pro. HGH and insulin is something I would personally start with smaller ammounts and guage how I react to them. especially insulin. But I don't think when kevin levrone got 2nd place at the mr Olympia at 23 he had some scientist drug coach telling him what to take and had a crazy cycle plan. It really just comes down to how much can you tolerate and what the least you need to achieve your goal. I mean I have been recommended by many people to run 2 grams of testosterone a week and 1.5 grams of deca plus 100mgs of dbol a day for the first month. And than I could easily add around 8 to 10 ius of growth hormones after a work out or in the morning on a empty stomach and after a work out. And insulin is a different story and I have never studied it. But even the stack I just mentioned sounds big to a normal steroid user. But it really is nothing that big. To some one who can tolerate steroids good. Its just if you don't have your diet and training 100 percent on track its almost a waste. You will still grow like a fucking weed but nothing compared to if you eat all the requirements for bodybuilding.

Honestly making something similar to a pro cycle is not that hard to do. You basically end up being on for longer and switching compounds out for different ones so you keep growing and raising and lowering dosages more. And more products to control dht and estrogen and prolactin are added in.
 
Also the Pro's get the best of the best gear out their a lot of the guys only run pharmacy products. And then for the exotic products they have top of the line chefs that only deal with pro's. Or possibly even only deal with one pro and no one else. I mean it would be worth it if your 8 time mr Olympia to have your own drug chef who has multiple degree's in chemistry and is a genius. And pay him a crazy amount per vial. But think about how much money is on the line. Millions of dollars. So if you get a fake primo amp your fucked. If your running NPP and you think its primo your not winning shit in a competition. Same with the fat burners if they have one cap that is over dosed they could die. And the chances are multiplied when they are taking higher amounts.

I'm not doubting that some pros are as you describe, but remember that a lot of pros are not rich. Many don't even make a living bodybuilding and have real jobs. The gear these guys use is the same stuff we use, ugl. I would even bet many are using research chemicals too. The truth is that, especially for the mid tier pros, that is the only way it is even possible.

So heres basically what I do in a normal training day in the offseason...enjoy lol

7:00AM - Wake up, drink 2 scoops of BCAA's, pin 5iu GH, take 50mcg t3

7:30AM - pin 10iu humalog IM, eat 60g whey isolate, 2 cups oats, 1 cup strawberries

9:30AM - pin 100mg injectable dbol , 100mg TNE, 15iu humulin-R subq, eat 1 cup oats, 2 cups egg whites

10:30 AM - 40g whey isolate, 75g carb powder

11:00AM - train while drinking gatorade mixed with 20g whey isolate, 50g carb powder, 2 scoops BCAA's, 10g creatine

12:00PM - done training, immediately inject 10iu GH IM or IV (i hate doing it IV so sometimes i just ***** out and do it IM lol)

12:30PM - 10iu humalog IM with my post workout shake of 80g whey isolate, 100g carb powder

2:30PM - 8oz chicken breast, 2 cups grits or white rice

5:00PM - up to 16oz of chicken/turkey breast with a sweet potato (basically by this point in the day my stomach is crazy distended and i want to puke my guts out from the amount of food so i will put out about a pound of chicken or turkey and try to eat as much of it as possible without vomiting. then i eat the sweet potato when i hit a wall with the protein).

8:00pm - about 10-12oz of steak, usually flank or top sirloin. i dont really weigh it just basically again i buy a pound and eat however much i can stomach.

9:00PM - do my gear injections, depends what im running but if its a standard offseason i usually run a few grams of test deca and eq. I actually prefer to do all my long ester shots on mondays and thursdays which can be annoying because it can be 6-9cc's in a day depending on the gear im running and the mg/ml but heres a general idea...
3cc test cyp 300 in right glute
3cc deca 300 in left glute
3cc eq 300 right quad
3cc test e 300 left quad

then on Thursday for example i might do 5cc's in each VG again just depends what im running but i usually do my long esters like this

10:30PM - 60g whey isolate blended with a few scoops of ice cream and 2 tablespoons peanut butter

11:30PM right before going to sleep 5iu GH subq

when i wake up in the middle of the night to go piss ill pin another 5iu GH subq

thats pretty much an average offseason day for me. i try to eat pretty clean and get almost all my calories from good foods. this keeps me pretty lean so i only really need about 10 weeks to get really shredded for a contest. i have a cheat meal once a week usually for dinner on sunday but even then its nothing too crazy. if i go to crazy on the cheat meals and have like a whole pizza the sodium will make me hold too much water and make my blood pressure go through the roof. the last time i ate a whole pizza as a cheat meal i almost had to go to the hospital the next day because of my blood pressure. i thought my head was going to explode. i only eat steak once or twice per week for dinner i dont eat tons of red meat because my cholestrol levels are already pretty I need to read the rules post.I need to read the rules post.I need to read the rules post.I need to read the rules post.ed from the gear. people need to know that getting huge is just about being consistent. take a lot of gear eat a lot of clean food train hard and dont stop for years and youll end up huge everything else is genetics which is out of your control anyway.

Grits are kind of like oatmeal, but instead of being from oats it's from grounded up corn. It's like a really thick porridge but taste...coarse? Most people, even in the south, prefer oatmeal over grits.
