Why is winny in water and not in saline?

If you inj 1 cc of water , don't you get pain from
some muscle tissue damage.?
If it is a suspension then why can't it be put in saline as well.?
I am talking about Winstrol (winny) QV 50 20cc

I know you can drink it but someone else
posted that the effect of 1.5 cc swallowed is the same as 1cc inj....therefore you lose some
crystals in the bowel, somewhere? I guess if I could afford to lose ~30% effectiveness
then I would drink it too.

The pain is from the crystals falling out of suspension inside you, not the water.

so the crystals that i see under the microscope of a small drop of Winstrol (winny) is only a part of the total.
Must be saturated and then some?
