I have personally found this to be true. I think most people are out to get alot of supplements for the addiction of taking supplements. I have taken both CEE and CM and they both did work for me. The effect I noticed from both of them is they help you get an extra rep or two in your workout mostly with heavy weights. They will both put on water weight because 1. CM retains water. and 2. CEE requires you to drink tons of water so you dont fuck up your kidneys. Either way if you take either you will gain water weight.

The point of the post is that those 2 extra reps that you will get during your workout with creatine, you can get with proper mind control ie.. motivation! period. Not worth the hasle of paying money to retain water weight and fuck up your kidneys.
