Will a low dose shut down natural production?

I was prescribed testosterone enanthate because I have primary hypogonadism. Doc wanted to do 100 weekly but I wanted to test the waters first. Reading too much made my nerves a bit out of line.

So I did a shot of 25mg. it has been 11 days since that last shot, my testicles are looking atrophied. Is it possible that I shut down my natural production with the dosage being so low, and now I'm lower than before?

Symptoms right now are extreme anxiety for no reason.

You're doing your own head in. There is no chance your testicles atrophied after one 25mg shot. Women competing in figure comps would laugh at that dose of testosterone. What other medication do you take?

And no, you did not shut down your natural testosterone. No wonder your natural testosterone levels are so low. Your body is stressed. Stress is catabolic. All systems and functions in our bodies are linked. Determine what's causing this stress and watch how your overall sense of well being increases, as well as your natural testosterone levels.

that's the only medicine. but i'm serious, my nuts look half the size. and i feel really anxious for no reason.

Serum total and free testosterone levels (Table2), measured during week 16, 1 wk after the previous injection, were linearly dependent on the testosterone dose (P = 0.0001). Serum total and free testosterone concentrations decreased from baseline in men receiving the 25- and 50-mg doses and increased at 300- and 600-mg doses. Serum LH levels were suppressed in all groups. Serum SHBG levels decreased dose dependently at the 300- and 600-mg doses but did not change in other grow"

Yes, but you are talking about a single injection, not 16 weeks.

i will try to focus on the stresses in my life. we're struggling financially, i've been through some medical issues, no appetite, no sleep.
