hey, bros recently injured my wrist, nothing to serious though, but enough to piss it off during alot of exercises. i actually injured it about 4 years ago and the only thing that made it better was rest. so, my question is boys, i have been hard at in the gym for the last year with no real break and have put on a lot of good size and strength, so if i take off for the next two weeks will i lose alot of muscle size or will it actually be good to take a break....what u all think..i hear rest can be good for growth and injuries!
