It really depends on how much you overtrain, but if you crash your cns badly then yes it will, the main thing again will be food tho.

I train 3xweek heavy with 110% intensity low volume, gear or no. When i start feeling like recovery is not up to bar i will take a week or two off, or just cruise with ligther weigths. This current cycle i took week 7 off, and cruised week 8, now at week 11 im making new pr´s again.

Its easy to overtrain with gear, esspecially with low intensity/high volume split.
 
Excellent advice man with half canadian avitar. I should have known she wasnt full asian her chest is to nice, lol. I train the exact same way but sometimes throw in a fourth day into the mix. I find recovery time works best for me. Actually whats funny is the guys I always see in the gym doing every exercise under the sun never grow but the ones I rarely see grow like rapid fire. I only trained twice last week and the week before and cruised and the result was finally increse in bench today a big increase at that.
 
imo overtraining is an excuse for a lot of people to not train hard. It's possible to overtrain but a lot of the people that say they are, most of the time are just being lazy or have a shitty diet, or are training on an empty stomach. On gear it's harder but yes still possible. I train 5x a week and hit one muscle part per day, combine bi's and tri's on one day. I don't do any less then 15 sets per muscle group and stick with in 5-10 reps. if I can do more then I up the weight it less I lower the weight. Never had a problem with over training.

Im sorry but i dissagree somewhat, i think the most guys that train over 4xweek, with some intensity are overtraining. Thats why you very rarely see big natty guys who train in that manner, but yet see plenty of powerlifter/powerbuilders who train 3xweek that have thick dense muscle, and have never touched juice. Its those effin bbmags that has convinced people to train like they did in the 60´s.

Again with recovery and the iron game, nutrition is the key.

HOW DARE YOU INSULT ASIAN WOMEN! I will have you know that my wife has a very similar set of rack and shes Thai. Shes also 149cm which makes it nicer:D I would never ever touch a non asian woman again, nor should i be touching any other women but yet i do. I use the test defense tho(similar to the twinkie defense)!

But yes Dlove i agree 100% with the other part. Its a fine act of balancing intensity and recovery. Makes me smile when i see 99.9% of the guys in my gym feel the need to hit there bi`s and tri`s with 15+sets with the same weigth week after week, and me doing 6-8sets and going up in weigth and mass. But im tired of trying to convince people, and its more unique that theres only a handfull of big guys out there;)

Not really. I agree that bb mags fill the minds with bs but training 4-5 times a week is just fine. Sure training 3x a week is fine also but 4-5 is not over training if you are hitting different muscle groups every day. The reason power lifters train 3x a week is cause they do 3 things, deads, squats and bench. I know plenty of guys who are natty that train more then 3x a week and make plenty of progress.
 
I have been powerlifting for 7 years now(5competing) and the only reason why me and my team mates train only 3times a week is simply recovery.

High intensity and high volume is just impossible math.
 
Well if it's working for you and your team then that's all that matters. I always tell people to try things out and see what you fell is working best. I know some guys who swear by 3 full body workouts a week and I know others , who are on gear that do 2x a day 6 days a week. Both make progress!
 
Ofcourse your rigth, and with aas there is a lot of room for error. Im just the type of guy that if i do anything, ill do it in the way that yilds the best results. And for those who are not overcompulsive, low volume/high intensity is the best way by far.

Its a hell of a lot easier to look strong and be strong then it is only looking it.

But like i said im tired of trying to convince people, do what you see best, just dont make excuses when its not working.
 
i was hittn hard ..ed different body part.runnin test suspension 100mg ed along with tren ace ed and a bombs ed.50mg and i was 195 then i get on the scale as soon as i get out of bed 185 wtf..i was pissed i feel like a light weight
my workouts are no less then 50 min and my diet is as follws 3,800calories all together and that includes protein and carbs i eat healthy at 7-8 times a day..
 
Whats your split like?

Concerning cals, protein is the main ingridient, you should be eating atleast 1.5grams per pound of lean bodyweigth. Something is off tho, most likely it will be the diet. Are you feeling the gear otherwise?
 
cant say if im feeln the gear...but its from a reputable lab we all know of...my protein is upwards 370g aday calories 4,243 carbs 506 fat 62%

It's my chic of 6 yrs. I heard Thai girls treat their men like Roman Gods. My friend that was from South FL is obsessed with them. Shit he actually left West Palm Beach when he got his inheritance and moved to Thailand. I haven't heard from him in over a yr. last time I did he sent me pic's. He is the ugliest SOB around and has different little Thai girls everynight. He would call me and just hearing all the Thai girls say I love you Richie blew my mind. I have to go there. Oracle. Your 195 lbs taking in 370grams of protein a day? Im surprised your not feeling your gear. You get your protein from whole foods or a ton of shakes? How many weeks into cycle are you? Remember Recovered muscles means they will be stronger on your next lifts. And more strength=more muscle. If your having issues it's gotta be in your training unless your not getting adequate sleep and rest. Rest is huge.
 
yes sleep has not been that good at all and a lil stress im 12 weeks into my cycle and just brought on the decca @500mg a week but i loved the tren when i was on it could feel it but i stopped the tren for 3 weeks now and debating if i should go back on it again..i will try what you said....dlove.thanks

I'm with MikeA on this subject... I think most people overtrain big time and don't even realize. Most people don't push themselves as hard as they can and minimize there gains by doing super volume with minimal intensity. If you train with 15+ sets per body part and bring every set close to or to complete failure, you'll be overtraining in no time.

Back when I was in high school, I tried to do the Arnold split, which was super high volume and hitting every muscle 2x a week. Within like a month, my strength was down significantly, I was about 5 pounds lighter than when I started, and I felt so shitty everyday. Very few people can train like that and actually benefit.

Oracle... I would really look into the quality of your gear man. 100mg ED of Test Suspension is over 1 g of esterfied Test a week. You should have gained a bunch of water real quick running 100mg of Suspension ED along with 50mg of Anadrol ED.
