imo overtraining is an excuse for a lot of people to not train hard. It's possible to overtrain but a lot of the people that say they are, most of the time are just being lazy or have a shitty diet, or are training on an empty stomach. On gear it's harder but yes still possible. I train 5x a week and hit one muscle part per day, combine bi's and tri's on one day. I don't do any less then 15 sets per muscle group and stick with in 5-10 reps. if I can do more then I up the weight it less I lower the weight. Never had a problem with over training.
Excellent advice man with half canadian avitar. I should have known she wasnt full asian her chest is to nice, lol. I train the exact same way but sometimes throw in a fourth day into the mix. I find recovery time works best for me. Actually whats funny is the guys I always see in the gym doing every exercise under the sun never grow but the ones I rarely see grow like rapid fire. I only trained twice last week and the week before and cruised and the result was finally increse in bench today a big increase at that.
Im sorry but i dissagree somewhat, i think the most guys that train over 4xweek, with some intensity are overtraining. Thats why you very rarely see big natty guys who train in that manner, but yet see plenty of powerlifter/powerbuilders who train 3xweek that have thick dense muscle, and have never touched juice. Its those effin bbmags that has convinced people to train like they did in the 60´s.
Again with recovery and the iron game, nutrition is the key.
HOW DARE YOU INSULT ASIAN WOMEN! I will have you know that my wife has a very similar set of rack and shes Thai. Shes also 149cm which makes it nicerI would never ever touch a non asian woman again, nor should i be touching any other women but yet i do. I use the test defense tho(similar to the twinkie defense)!
