Simple answer would be yes. Getting it is the adventure. Experience with VA treatment is across the board. Some love their care. Others like me have horror stories like untreated epilepsy even with service connected. I've been flat out refused by them. With sexual dysfuntion and gyno I was refused even when my TT dropped from 540 (problems) down to 395 in just over 2 years. Still "In normal ranges".
The VA offered me nolvadex or chlomid to stop soreness. Since they are not well studied in ther effects on epileptics I asked about an aromatase inhibitor. Told no. Offered removal of my tits over "pain".
I've noticed the best clinic to actually get medication from is psychiatry. Fill scripts like d-boys
