Like to be about 205 to 210
 
Diet first bro. Figure out the diet and bring the bf% down to under 14 and really benefit from a cycle. Im opinionated but no one should hit a cycle above 14 bf cause they obv havent figured out diet.
 
Right now its just bands and it sucks. My diet is pretty clean cottage cheese chicken vegetables tuna some carb variations like pasta.

add more veggies, and grains, rice and beans and train train and train and you will see good results.
