For those of you who have been training for awhile.... what do you know now that you wish you knew when you started? As for myself, I wish I knew how important diet was. I started training like 14 years ago and used to barely eat. The past few years I got my diet on track and the gains were unbelievable. If I had only known how much of this was diet I would have started eating right 10 years ago and would be much further along. Chelsea
