With so many female movie and pop stars that have picked up weight training and dramatically improved their physiques (such as Jessical Biel and Jennifer Garner). Finally many women are beginning to lose the fear of weight training. As we all know, amongst the benefits of bodybuilding exercise for women, you will get increased curves, an increased metabolism, more strength to carry out daily activities, better mood, and increased self-confidence and self esteem. SOCIETY Female bodybuilders get a lot of hate. In fact, many women who blur the lines between what is "normal" masculinity and femininity are ridiculed for their "manly" bodies. they look absolutely disgusting. I just watched a movie on youtube called "The Greatest Bodies Documentary" and I couldn't believe just how many they looked. Not only because of their muscles, but their faces looked manly as well. There is no doubt that this is because they dose up on male hormones and steroids. They looked much, much more like muscular male drag queens than like women. The men look gross too, but since they are men to begin with, it isn't quite as disgusting looking. It is particularly disgusting when women do it, because they begin to look more like men than women. There is nothing remotely feminine about female bodybuilders. And to all the people saying they don't do it to look like men, you might be right. But the point is, doing it makes them look like men. Whether that's the point or an unfortunate side effect, makes no difference to me.
