kicking tires, not sure which to do with the GF.

shes 27, 5'7 130 (i think, she'd never tell me exact)


wants to lose weight, thinks shes fat like most women.

not sure if i should go frag @ 250mcg 2-4x ed or mod GRF/GHRP 2 2-3x ED???

prolly 80-90mcg of each on the stack.


i dont know which would be most effective.

If she goes frag I will make her fast so she gets results. but i think the ghrh/ghrp stack would be better overall....??

her nails, skin, hair would all be a bit nicer. slight muscle growth, etc etc

also thinking frag 1st thing am, frag pre WO, than GHRP 2/cjc or mod GRF post wo.

Sorry Gymrat827, I have no personal experience with peptides,
How's her diet/ workout routine ?
if she's trying to loose weight or lean out, she really needs to build a solid foundation and have her diet dialed in & a good workout routine.
Loosing weight is really 80 % diet/ 20 % training.

Hope other ladies with experience chime in.

I think that Zeek has the most experience with peptides. I'm curious about some for fat loss as well for myself to help get rid of my gut. Will monitor to see if anyone chimes in. BTW Mrs. P like the new avi. Getting real buff!!

she is hell bent on pinin something. she will use albuterol, maybe 12.5 t3, 90 min workouts, 45/45 lifting/cardio. high high reps with everything. prolly a otc fat burner (low dose)


this Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) diet is too much, she must do it. so id rather her go tides. but the problem is she knows about pins, meds, etc. shes a nurse and is going to go back to school, so i need to give her somethin to shut her up. might as well give her what she wants.

Gymrat, I could understand how it could be difficult to stick to a diet regimen, life is unpredictable & it could be challenging to stick to a strict diet... But at the end is all worth it.

If she's eating 50-60 % of the time well, I can tell u this is a big problem, not saying she has to have an all or nothing mentallity, but she does need to know how many calories she should be aiming for in order to achieve her goals, she needs to keep track & really stick to it, in order to see results.

I see many girls complain about not seeing any results & how they are working so hard, most of the time is their diet.. You won't loose weight without the right diet.

Her stats are similar to mine, I'm 5'6 & I weight around 127 lbs, if she's feeling fat at this weight wich is pretty average for her height, she should really be focusing on her training, she can get leaner, tonner & gain good quality muscle with the right training.

Sometimes we get desperate & want a quik fix, but at the end if u don't have a good foundation u will go back to your old ways & re-dothe cycle all over again..

I know if her mind is set to do this, she will probably do it, I just think she needs t do a lot more research & get her diet & training where they need to be, peptides, or whatever she's planning of doing won't do much if all these other factors are not dialed in...

Have join, she can lean at lot here.

I would rather know & plan out what she uses rather then her stealing whatever she thinks will burn fat from my stash. Which is pretty big at the moment. (fridge, freezer, backpack, kitchen, bathroom, shit ive got stuff everywhere at my place)

i just want her to see some results so i can say "you lost weight, improved body comp, etc etc" now its time to stop and go back to natty cutting/maintain.
 
Hey GymRat......did you guys ever stumble across a good formula for her concerning fat loss with peps?

I'm in the same boat as my GF noticed how well my test subject is doing with GHRP-6/Mod GRF (losing weight/ripped) and she wants to be in tip top bikini fit condition for this summer. She works out like a work horse, has a great diet, yada, yada, yada.

Just curious to know what you have your GF on and if it's "definately" doing the trick as I will be getting her peptides, just would like to know of what and how much. So far, I'm thinking that my stack will work for her......but maybe only 2X a day as compared to my subjects 3X.

My favorite peptides are actually CJC 1295 and Ipamorelin - I find they give good fat loss and help build muscle. The Frag did nothing for me. And G6 abnd G2 make me really hunger. Peptides work slowly, and need to be combined with diet and exercise. However, I did notice fuller shofter hair, smother skin and improved sleep as side effects before I noticed any muscle gain or fat loss - so I cant complain with those sides.
 
Cjc and ipa use together

Hey Alogia67 any recommendations on dosage and cycle length with cjc and ipa together or should I just use one at a time? Thanks for your help!
 
i really want to know about peptides for women too..

My main goal is to lose about 5 kg. I'm 166cm tall and weigh 67 kg. I jog 10km at least 5 days a week for cardio. Eat clean. 6 small protein based meals a day. About 1200-1350 calories. I cant seem to move beyond 66 kg.

A friend suggested Ghrp-6. No results thus far. I've read that Ghrp-6 can actually gain weight for women and isnt as good for weight loss as aod9604 or gh frag 176-191.

I was going to try a combo of igf lr3, the frag and ghrp2?

All I want to know is what is
1)the best one to use for weight loss and
2)how should I dose it?
3)Can they be used together? and in what sequence
4)Is there any way they could cause weight gain (even when on a strict diet/exercise program and not giving in to the hunger that Ghrp-6 causes)?
5)can they cause adverse effects on the bodys ability to lose weight when you stop using them?

yes ive been researching which has left me rather confused
 
I dont understand, why doesnt she just go on a good fatburner? Then maybe something to help control cravings if she has them? Why the extreme measures... Listen to Mrs.P as she isnt lieing- Its in the diet. If shes dieting 100% and training everyday then maybe she needs to get her thyroid checked

I don't believe in the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) diet, not for athletes. Off season I am around your girls stats. I run 176-191 2x a day combine with Al or Clen depending on contest prep; I bump CJC and impamoralin (one or the other); 9 weeks out I add S4 60mg pre workout 5 days a week and Osta or Var as I cyle off one I cycle on to the other. With this cycle I am always ready for an event, feeling lean and hard. I prefer Osta over Var and love the pump I get from CJC or Imp. with S4...good clean energy from S4.
