wondering if anyone could tell me body fat%

Just wondering. All I have at my gym is a electronic scale to measure my body fat and its out of wack tells me im like 11% which I found hard to believe. Thanks for the posts!

Quite unlikely to be below 8%, or above 11.

If I had to take a stab, I would just cut the difference and say maybe 9 1/2%, also depends on legs though

If you strongly interested in exact percentage of fat, use caliper. But i doubt it is necessary in your case. You look great whithout exact number!

Callipers don't give you an exact %, they are a tool to monitor progress.
You need to do a DEXA scan to get an exact %

As for BF% measurement let me give you an example of how its bullshit
I could post pics here at 6% BF dry and contest ready and ask for feedback, I could then post pics of me 3 days later after a post contest binge 20lbs heavier.
You would rate my percentages way differently when in fact the actual amount of total BF would be the same, the weight increase would be virtually all water and I would look like shit.

Forget bf% just go off the mirror, if you look good at 10% you still look good.

Caliper isn't 100% correct.
I have a bit of loose skin n for me it's hard to get a true % because people are not sure if its skin or fat they are pinching.

I'm not saying this us the story here, it's just my experience.

Does squeezing your old fella make you appear leaner? If so, that's how I'm taking all my selfies from now on cause you're ripped :)

Thanks guys. I appreciate it, the positive feedback keeps me motivated! Going to try to start bulking up now and put on more mass.

Ok, I've never been interested in exact percentage and i've always thought that caliper could make this measurement. Thanks for explanation.
