Work schedule interfering with last half of cycle, suggestions?

I'm halfway through my 10 week beginner testosterone cycle (500mg/week). I'm finally feeling pretty good. I had some low estrogen issues around weeks 3 and 4 but stopped my AI for a while and feeling good now and test was really kicking in for workouts. So now the problem is client project at work just went to a whole other level. Looks like working through dinner and saturday and sunday for whole month of June which would be last half of my cycle. I can still eat good because we order decent food for lunch and dinner at nice restaurants and i just double the protien. However, sleep and gym time will suffer bad. What do you all suggest?

I can force myself through some morning workouts on 6 hours of sleep or so. If I do that i can still get probably 3 days in at gym.

Or do I just keep doing cycle and enjoy other benefits of testosterone such as sex drive and better sense of well being....

Juat tell work they are only going to get X hours per day from you. Or find a place to work out over lunch.

I wish it was that easy. I'm not in that type of profession that you play the X amount of hours card. Lol. Its an up or out culture as in promote up or get out or they cut you if not performing. I'm near top of chain of command but not quite at top. I can squeeze in lunch workout maybe but this client location sucks so turn around time to get to nearest gym is bad. Trust me i thought this stuff thru. It's just gonna be a bad month. I'm going to do my best just to make kids baseball games. Doesnt leave much time for myself.

So will test do damage to my body if I just finish it out with lack of sleep and exercise? I can pull 2 maybe 3 days at gym but probably be averaging 6 hours of sleep. I tried planning cycle during slow time but didnt work out.
 
Just end the cycle and move onto the PCT phase. Save your gear for later when you can actually benefit from it.

Side topic but wondering what is the weakest PCT i can do? I have plenty of nolva and clomid but I want to go super conservative on amount of drugs I take. I had bad experience at beginning of cycle because i overdid the estrogen blockers. I thought I was on low dose of Arimadex at 0.5 or less eod but really crashed my estrogen and took a good week to recover once I figured it out. I am now of the opinion the guys on these forums overdo the Rx recommendations because they are so worried some college kid will read a thread about some guy that didnt need estrogen blockers for example (not just this forum but in general on aas forums).

There's a big difference between a SERM and an AI. Going conservative with something aimed at recovery is not wise in my opinion. AI dosing protocols are not overkill here as it's recommended to get blood work done to determine AI dose. The sticky FAQ cites 0.25mg EOD too, so not sure where you're getting that idea from.
 
I work alot in a very physical field. I do get my 8 hours of sleep but I can only workout 2 or 3 days a week. I'd keep going if I were in your shoes. You will still get good results just do your best to keep everything in balance. For me I let my body tell me if I'm overdoing it. When I wake up and I'm still tired then I back off for a couple days. Some of the best strength gains I've made in my life were when my routine was all chopped up. For me pushing through a situation like this is by far more rewarding and easier than getting back into the swing of things after time off. Good luck

I still don't like wasting crap. Hence your suggestion to save it till i can get benefits. Other factor is risk to obtain gear. I have a decent personal stash now. Want to make it last

Give it to a friend so it doesn't go to waste. Or help your dog get jacked! :-)

If you store it safely it will be good for a few months once opened. For example, many guys on TRT run 100mg/wk so a 2000mg vial lasts them 20 weeks. Once the seal is punctured though I wouldn't want to let it sit around for too long.
 
I feel your pain brother. I was a month into a blast and my hours got bumped in a huge way. I scaled back my AAS and took advantage of the extra income. Now that the job has scaled back to 60 hr weeks I can put in the gym hours and take advantage of hgh and AAS simultaneously, where before it wasn't financially possible.

Another possibility for you is cut back to trt levels for a month, use the extra income to pick up another vial and continue on 4 weeks later

So far since start of cycle i have been solid 4-5 days in gym, getting closer to 8 hours of sleep, consuming almost perfectly clean diet (no junk food) and eating extra calories in my shakes.

There are risks with any cycle. The longer you keep your HPTA suppressed, the greater the risks. So you have to do the calculus to determine if the benefits now outweigh the risks given the parameter changes.

Thanks for the advice guys. I think I'm just going to stick with it. my plan will be a Wednesday/AM, Friday/AM, and Sunday/AM workout split. I'll just hit it hard those days and if I happen to get a 4th day of active recovery in that will just be a bonus. I'll go for 7 hours of sleep per night and keep my diet moderate.

I missed my Sunday shot but I'm just going to do my wednesday shot tonight (Tuesday) and then get back on Sunday/Wednesday going forward. Worked out well because I was about a 1/2 cc short when I finished my last vial so now I'll be caught back up on Test to do full 1cc shots for rest of 10 weeks.

keep in mind you lose some every time you pin. i alway look at a 10ml vial as a 9ml vial to be safe. so 10wks at 2ml ew = to 3 x 10ml vials (or 2x 10ml vials and a couple amps)
though i wouldent do any cycle less than 12-14 weeks IMO and lean more to 14 weeks. at 10 weeks i feel its a little bit of a waste, but to each his own.

my advice is get another 10ml and go to 12-14 weeks (till they run out)

I have enough for that, another vial that is. I only lost a 1/2cc on first vial. So if same on second i would just be short one shot.
 
U ll be fine. I sleep in 4 hour blocks. Retired federal school crossing guard and full of titanium parts. U ll be fine.
