Working abs while on gear for mass

Booger1

Stickboy - not for long
So I would be starting a Test /Dbol cycle soon and am curious as to how I should train my abs? I am planning on doing the AbRipperX and I know that when on cycle I am completely fine training biceps twice a week, can I do the same with my abs or is there a greater probability of injuring the abs when doing it twice even three times a week?

I am thinking that the gear would help me push myself hard enough to do it multiple times a week and the recoveries should be complete. Am I wrong to think so?

The way I picture it, training abs like a crazy mofo would allow me to significantly develop my abdominal muscles... although the Dbol and test would have them covered by water and probably some fat (I am going for mass). But I am also planning on doing T3 either during of after PCT and I imagine this would allow me to "reveal" nice solid abs.

IS that a reasonable expectation or is my understanding completely flawed and there are some special ways to train abs while cycling for mass?

You can train abs much more than other muscles. They recover faster. P90x you will train them 3x a week which is how often I work mine

Hell I train one week 3x a week then next week 4x and good results. I'm pretty sure they can be trained up to 5 days max.

Abs are a life style , 75% diet ...once a week is plenty just make sure to hit all sides.

my work outs are intense enough, the last thing i want to do after i push myself the entire time im there is go to an extremem ab work out, so i work a little 3-4 days.

My ab workout is a combination of ab ripper twice, weighted sit ups on a decline bench, and hanging leg raises. But as stated, just like any other muscle, someone with 20 percent bf can workout every muscle on their body as hard as they would like but you would not see any definition. If you have fat over your abs, doing exercises that makes them bigger will only make your stomach look like more of a gut until you get rid of that excess layer over top of them.
