Hey guys, I've been an observer of these forums for about six months now. To cut to the chase I am on the end of week 5 of my Epistane cycle and last night I was in a motorcycle accident where I was thrown onto my left shoulder. I went to the hospital today and got x-rays done. I luckily escaped with just a stage one A/C ligament sprain and some slightly bruised ribs.
My main concern is not being able to continue crushing it hard into my post cycle therapy (pct) phase as next week was to be my last week on cycle. The doctor recommended two weeks before attempting ANY upper-body lifts, and so at this point I am looking for advice on the most effective method to remain training without further damaging myself or losing all of my gains.
Would you suggest just crushing legs, cardio, and core if possible until I can manage to work back into upper extremity work? I completely understand that in order for such a complex joint to heal completely I cannot be an idiot and lift before I am ready, so any input would be appreciated.
