Hi all.
What are your opinions about lifting weights in the morning, in a fasted state?
Lets say, lifting on only 50-100mg caffeine and some BCAA for extra fat loss?
I know moderate cardio fasted is a great fatburner, but due to my job
i also have to do my weight training in the morning.
Anyone have experience with doing that in a fasted state?
