workout help

hey guys, i was wondering if someone would be able to recommend one of their favorite work out programs to me in detail, by day and excersizes because for years ive always worked out with friends or on sports teams, i never had my own workout and now that im not lifting with the team and im on my own i dont know what to do in the gym, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Check out the 5x5 sticky up at the top. You've had some expirience in the weight room so just look at all the stickies and do what feels most comfortable with youl.
