Workout improvisions

Those are from the summer. I'm benching about 50 pounds more now and have some more vascularity, leaness, definition. That was and is my biggest obstacle. But I had taken about a year off prior to May of last year.
 
Angry Muscles - I will get some new pics up soon but I wanted a basline for you guys to see. My legs,,,well there pretty shitty for my size but i'm starting to work on them. I have two herniated discs so it makes it tough as I can't do squats. My back has made good improvements in both strength and size in the lats and otherwise.

Also I dont' do only dumbells but at that time I was doing alot of dumbell work. Right now i'm doing mostly bar work when it comes to chest that is.
