workout problem

On my chest/delt/tri days i've been doing the following workout and it seems like it's too much, i do real well on the first exercise and then it seems like i'm to worn out to do the rest effectively, any suggestions?

Flat wide grip - 2x6
Incline press - 2x6
Reverse cg bench - 2x8-10
Side lat raises - 2x10
 
why would you train tri's and delt's with chest?They are secondary muscles hit and way prefatiuged after you hit your chest!!Unless of course you are tring to fatigue them first,but you still wont be gettin the most from your other muscles.

i dont think hes dong them 3 times a week???

like PB said try adding more rest..also obviously you wantr be able to push the same weights on your 3rd and 4th moves..as long as they are going up steadily you are fine

you cant avoid training delts and tris with chest. =0l
