On my chest/delt/tri days i've been doing the following workout and it seems like it's too much, i do real well on the first exercise and then it seems like i'm to worn out to do the rest effectively, any suggestions?
Flat wide grip - 2x6
Incline press - 2x6
Reverse cg bench - 2x8-10
Side lat raises - 2x10
Flat wide grip - 2x6
Incline press - 2x6
