Workout routine and recovery time

Hey guys so I have a quick question as to what y'all think about recovery while on PH.
Currently stacking 1 Andro RDe with H-DRL.

My question is while on PH will my muscles recover enough to workout again in 48 hrs?

My normal routine is:
Monday-chest/tris
Tuesday-back/bi's
Wensday-legs
Thursday-abs
Friday-shoulders.
sat-sun--rest

Was thinking about changing to this while on my cycle.
Monday-chest/tri's/shoulders
Tuesday-back/bi's
Wensday-legs
Thursday-repeat starting with chest/tri's

Im looking to get as much as I can from this cycle so I want to optimize my routine.
stats 6ft 185, eating 3-4k calls with 300-400g protein daily.

Why can no one on this forum help??? this is my 3rd post and NOT one single reply. I thought websites like these were to help people, those of you who are more experienced help the inexperienced. Its sad to say I get more help on BB.com than this site.....
 
look into a push, pull, leg workout


workout 3 days in a row then rest then repeat

i just started it and love it
