As mprtz stated, there is sufficient data to say that in general the bigger you are in terms of height/weight, the more test you need.
There is absolutely zero credible evidence for higher doses being required if you have more muscle or body composition changes in general.
My educated guess would be that muscle mass as an isolated factor plays far too small a role in influencing the endocrine system compared to general weight gain, therefore more muscle per se doesnt equal higher doses.
Basically, a larger height/weight ratio equals higher doses but not simply more muscle on the same height/weight frame.
