I like turtles.
I'm just curious how the heck I'm supposed to get 650g of protein in me without drinking a gallon of shakes a day. I hit 320g a day, and not only is that a substantial amount of calories, but the cost is crazy! There's a kid on Instagram that says he gets 700g a day in WHOLE FOOD... Uhm, how..?
I've learned a few tricks like Greek yogurt with a scoop of protein powder, or protein breads/bagels with almond butter/whey topping - but no way can I feasibly reach that amount of protein.
I also have to wonder what the heck these guys kidneys look like too. No way can someone take in that much and not have renal problems over time.
