Would this combo be overtraining?

I currently hit the gym 4-5 days a week depending on work schedule, I have been considering doing P90X in the evenings at home to assit with losing some weight and getting my body fat down. If I do the P90X 4-5 nights a week and continue my workouts in the gym would I be overtraining?

If the stress of training is more than your recovery abilities and your progress regresses than yes it's overtraining. Overtraining is reaching a level of fatigue not recoverable by one reduced load training cycle.
